DI’s 10th Anniversary Experiment: The Change Canvas

Step 1) You received a canvas from us (or a smart, badass friend) as part of our organization’s 10-year celebration
Step 2) You created your response.
Step 3) You mailed it back to Design Impact.

Q: What is the Change Canvas?
The Change Canvas is a creative experiment by Design Impact (that’s us). We’re a nonprofit social innovation firm that launched in 2009 to create a more equitable future, together. To celebrate our 10 year anniversary, we’ve sent out 50 blank canvases to changemakers across the country to answer the question: What does a creative and equitable future look like to you?

We’ll use these canvases to create a crowdsourced vision for the future of social change. (All contributors will be credited for their art and ideas).

Q: How do I send in my submission? 
If you live in the US: Use the prepaid envelope that came with your canvas mail your submission back. (please try to send it within 4 weeks of arrival).
For international shipping: please mail back through your local postal service. 

Q:  What’s the deadline to participate?  

Please postmark your canvas by June 30.

Q: What happens after I send in my canvas?

At the end of summer 2019, we’ll share all of the responses to everyone who participated. We’ll use the canvases to create a crowdsourced vision of social change.
