Application Process

To ensure we find the right candidate, we are conducting an applicant search in three rounds.

    In one email, send the following information to by January 6, 2020 at 9 AM:
    a. Your resume/CV and portfolio
    b. Three professional references (names, phone number, and email address)
    c.  Responses to the three questions below in a way that is meaningful to you and gives us a sense of who you are:

    • What keeps you up at night? What drives you?
    • What is your personal experience with, or understanding of, inequity?
    • In looking at our work, how do you think you would fit in? What would you bring; how would you make us better?

    Whether you make a video, craft an essay, or write a song, don’t be afraid to be creative, take risks, share deeply. On a technical note: please be concise. Keep audio or video responses under 5 minutes and send responses as an easily downloadable link that can be accessed without any special apps.

    Round 1 closes January 6. Candidates selected to move forward will be notified the week of January 9.

    Talk to us. Candidates selected for round 2 will participate in a 30-minute video call.  These calls are less “interview” and more of a chance for us to follow up with any questions from your resume and responses. Round 2 interviews will be January 21-23. Candidates selected to move forward will be notified by January 25.
    Spend some time with us. This will include small group time as well as a session with the whole team where we ask you to demonstrate a specific skillset related to the position. In-person interviews will be held February 4-6 (we’ll provide more details after round one). All candidates will be notified by February 17.
