In 2020, at the beginning of the shutdown spurred by COVID-19, Design Impact examined six shifts emerging at a time of unprecedented change. As organizations, communities, and leaders looked to navigate a dual pandemic of a new virus and a racial uprising, we wanted to offer a nuanced view of emerging, accelerating shifts. This analysis included prompts for reflection and action.
