Mindfulness meditation is a practice to help focus your thoughts and quiet your mind. Research shows that mindfulness meditation can help inspire divergent thinking, where we can imagine many solutions. Try this meditation before your next brainstorm or strategy session. We developed this tool for DI’s 10-year retreat. Our staff used this meditation to help us imagine DI’s future.
